Marketing and Events Officer
Based in the inner western suburbs of Melbourne, Crisis Support Services (CSS) is seeking a full time Marketing & Events Officer to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. As a qualified Marketing or Communications graduate, you will be looking to build your experience in the industry to elevate CSS’ position and profile, and vastly increase community awareness of our vital services. As well as providing crucial administrative support, this role will also assist in ensuring all CSS’ communications reflect the professionalism and expertise of CSS, while actively promoting CSS’ services and resources at industry events.
Team Leader, Suicide & Veterans Services
We are seeking a part time Team Leader to support the Suicide & Veterans Services Team. Reporting to the Program Leader, you will be required to assist with the administration and service delivery needs of suicide specific services including SuicideLine VIC, Suicide Call Back Service (SCBS) and the Access to Allied Psychological Services (ATAPS) Additional Support. You’ll also be reviewing, developing and maintaining policy and procedures for Suicide Services, and provide performance feedback and support to the Suicide Services counsellors. This position is Monday – Wednesday (19 hours per week).
