The All-hours Support Line is a confidential telephone referral service for Australian Defence Force members and their families, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
It is primarily a mental health triage service with the goal of linking serving Australian Defence Force members to appropriate mental healthservice providers.
Counsellors who work on the All-hours Support Line at Crisis Support Services have been trained on the issues that Australian Defence Force members and their families face, and are able to offer advice on services that are most appropriate to assist them.
