This workshop is essential for workplaces to establish and maintain a healthy and productive workforce. This training will highlight:

Understanding Family Violence

This workshop will provide participants with the skills and confidence to identify and support people impacted by family violence. This workshop is underpinned by practical strategies and approaches that demonstrate respect and non judgemental communication for those experiencing family violence in all its forms. Working Effectively With Men

This workshop will provide strategies to engage more successfully with male staff and clients. Understanding the culture around male communication and help-seeking behaviours will increase participants’ capacity to engage and work with men. This training will highlight:

  • Myths and misunderstandings
  • How to focus on strengths and solutions to develop communication strategies
