Dr Nicholas Voudouris

Chair

Nicholas is a clinical psychologist and health researcher and currently the Manager of Science, Academia & Research at the Australian Psychological Society, where he manages accreditation and development of psychologist training courses nationally and coordinates the directorate of science and research. He has more than 15 years experience training and supervising psychologists and has worked for 20 years as a clinical psychologist in public psychiatric services, community mental health, general hospital settings and private practice.

Michael Grigoletto

Secretary

Michael Grigoletto commenced his career as an engineer working in the construction industry and later in a marketing capacity in the manufacturing sector.  After making a career change into management consulting, Michael has worked with the not-for-profit sector in the fields of strategic planning, business development and capital fundraising.  Michael is currently employed by Monash University as an internal consultant in the area of development, specifically working with faculties to develop and establish major initiatives such as institutes and research centres.  Michael joined the CSS board in April 2006.

Lynette O'Loughlin

Director of Finance

Lynette's experience in the not for profit sector for over twenty years has helped her to fulfil her role as Director of Finance on the Board of Crisis Support Services since February 2005. Her previous role as the Financial Controller for a leading child and family welfare organisation and her current role as Accountant for Greening Australia (Vic) have provided her with excellent knowledge of the not for profit sector and keep her abreast of current trends and requirements. She has also developed invaluable knowledge and experience, not only in financial management but also in administrative areas of IT, motor vehicle fleet management and corporate governance. Lynette regards efficiency in processing, accuracy in reporting and compliance with all legal and Government accountability requirements as the three most significant financial issues for the not for profit sector.

Sean Hogan

Board Director

Sean's career to date spans 20 years and encompasses management experience in the operational, industrial relations and human resources fields. During this time, Sean has worked with a diverse range of organisations in the manufacturing, retail and government sectors including Coles Myer, RMIT University, Bosch Australia and Pacifica Group. Sean has developed particular expertise in bringing a commercial business perspective to the employee relations and human resources spheres of his work. Sean joined the CSS Board in October 2005 and is employed by Medibank Private as the National Manager-People & Culture.

Dale Simpson

Board Director

Dale has worked in the Human Resource Management and Development field for 25 years and is Director of the Bravo Consulting Group, an organisation that assists companies and individuals in creating champions and learning how to applaud and reinforce success. Dale is a Committee Member FOTGL part of the National Gallery Victoria, a Committee Member of the National Men's Health Alliance (organisations/stakeholders in men's health including Beyond Blue, The Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia, The Pharmacy Guild of Australia and others) and an Ambassador for the White Ribbon Day Project.

John McGrath AM

Board Director

John McGrath served as the National Party Member for Warrnambool in the State Parliament of Victoria from 1985 until his voluntary retirement at the time of the September 1999 State Election. He held the position of Deputy Speaker and Chairman of Committees in the Victorian Legislative Assembly from 1992-1999. He also held an executive position on the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Executive of the Parliament and in 1993 was selected to represent Australia at the World Conference held in Cyprus. John's decision to retire from politics was prompted by his desire to direct all of his energies towards promoting better outcomes for consumers of mental health services and their families. He now derives great personal satisfaction from his many activities in the mental health field. John is also Deputy Chair of Beyondblue.

Ron Forsyth

Board Director

Ron has over 40 years experience in the manufacturing industry in Finance, Governance and Strategic Planning within large public companies and US subsidiaries including Pacific Dunlop, Goodyear, Siddons Industries, Email, Monier, Shaw Industries Inc and Huntsman LLC. Ron has operated in a broad range of industries from commodities through light and heavy engineering to fast moving consumer goods with an outstanding track record of exceeding business plans and delivering successful strategy within competitive environments. Ron has served on executive boards with Siddons, Pacific Dunlop/Goodyear, Rocklea Spinning and is currently director/secretary of each of Huntsman's four businesses in Australia. Huntsman is the only manufacturer of its range of commodity chemicals in Australia, employing 700 people.

Paul Geyer

Board Director

Paul Geyer is the State Manager of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australia's peak body for directors from listed, unlisted, SME, not for profit and statutory Boards. With more than 15 years experience in a wide range of industries including health, IT and retail, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge to the CSS board. Throughout his career Paul has been responsible for managing the strategic growth and development of several organisations, markedly increasing each organisation's awareness, revenue and membership.
